Migration, which is a rational labour issue within society, has become hot topic globally. In recent years there been an increase in migration due to globalization, disparities the development levels of countries, culture and environment, social instability, political regimes war. The objective presented study was research push & pull factors affecting Mongolians Republic South Korea. survey conducted among 498 living working Jeollanamеdu Jeollabugdu districts metropolitan cities Incheon Ulsan, as well capital city Seoul.
